Workshop at Executive MBA LWB program at MISIS Business school

At the invitation of the EXECUTIVE MBA LIFE-WORK BALANCE Program Manager Professor Vladimir Moryzhenkov, SERVICEADVISER experts conducted a master class in one of the program modules “Building a Customer-Oriented Company”.
Within 5 hours, program listeners learned about modern approaches to the organization of highly efficient service units, principles for developing a service strategy, evaluating key performance indicators and budget planning in the service. The issues of service impact on the company's business, typical causes of success and failure in building profitable service organizations were considered. Practical examples of the implementation of service strategies have aroused great interest among all students of the program.
At the end of the master class, the program manager and trainees highly appreciated the professionalism of SERVICEADVISER specialists and the quality of the training material prepared.
